Shipping policy

We have two warehouses.

Our main warehouse is located in Zurich, Switzerland.
Our international warehouse is located in Hong Kong.

According to stock-availability, speed and your location, we will ship your order from the warehouse offering you the fastest delivery time.

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order.
This does not include weekends or holidays.

Purchases made before 5 pm Zurich Time (CET) will ship the same day if your product is available in our local Swiss warehouse and early the next morning from our international warehouse in Hong Kong.

Please Note:
During Holidays we ship all products express! Free of charge for you. :)

There can always be delays and we can't control the speed of our delivery partners.

However, in general an order will take between 2 - 5 days to ship.

Returns and exchanges

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

Product

Our metal bands use cottar pins as a system to hold the metal bracelet together. This is a common manufacturing process often used in high-end timepieces.

It does not matter from which side you release the pin with our model since they can be released in both ways. To release a pin, just use the metal tool enclosed in your package.

Insert the metal tool on the side of your metal band into the hole of the part you want to remove. To hit it slightly, you can use any bigger object or a hammer and the pin will gradually release after 3-4 taps with the metal tool enclosed.

Please note: The metal tool should be kept out of reach for children since it contains sharp objects.

Additionally: Should you have any problems with releasing the pins or not want to adjust it yourself, you will be able to get it adjusted at any local jewellery store since we use an international standard in the watch industry.

Replacing the battery by yourself is possible but we do not recommend it. 

The reason being that in order to secure the 50meters water resistance of all timepieces the screws are held in place not only by the mechanism but also by a special water-resistant sealing.

Should you ever need to replace the battery of your watch you can contact us at hello@gn.watch or go to any local jewellery store since we use a standard in the watch industry.

They will be able to replace the battery for you and fasten the screws again to prevent any screws from accidentally releasing.
